The January 2012 Kansas City Metropolitan Real Estate Market Report prepared by Kansas City Regional Association of Realtors and Heartland Multiple Listing Service is out. One of the statistics for January is as to the number of resale homes sold in the Kansas City Metro for January 2012. Per the report,”Existing home sales in January 2012 totaled 1,313 representing an increase of 15 percent over January 2011 home sales (1,140).” That is good news for real estate in the Kansas City Metro.
